About me
Reaching out for support takes courage. Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship challenges, or substance use concerns, you deserve a space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. My goal is to provide a safe, collaborative environment where healing and meaningful change can take place. My clinical work integrates cognitive-behavioral strategies, trauma-informed care, and person-centered principles. I am trained in EMDR therapy, which allows us to address unresolved trauma and distressing experiences in a way that promotes lasting healing.
I tailor each treatment plan to the unique needs, goals, and strengths of the individual sitting in front of me. Clients often describe me as direct yet warm. I value honesty, accountability, and empowerment. Together, we identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen emotional regulation skills, and develop practical strategies that support the client.
