Very pleasant and straight to the point first meeting while the first meeting should be the toughest

Asha, is a very warm, helpful and supportive therapist who has a strong track record of experience and expertise as a therapist. I must say, this is the first time in many years that I have felt truly listened, understood, and supported during our sessions... I highly recommend ☺️

So far in our sessions Joanna has helped me to process some trauma that has happened in my life and the mixed bag of emotions that has followed. She is very direct and to the point which I like a lot - it's actually been really helpful to gain some clarity and truth about the my situation. But she also holds space for me to be vulnerable. Its a good match!
