JoAnna Cole, LCPC
About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over a decade of hands on experience across school systems, crisis response, child welfare, and community mental health. Currently pursuing my Doctorate in International Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, I am passionate about offering therapy that is rooted in advocacy, cultural awareness, and whole person healing.
My work has always centered those most impacted by systems, and I am committed to creating emotionally safe, culturally attuned spaces where people can be seen, heard, and restored. As a therapist, I integrate trauma-informed care, strengths-based practice, and solution focused therapy with a deep respect for identity, community, and resilience. I believe that healing is both personal and collective, and that mental health support should be tailored, empowering, and affirming.
