Joanna has been a brilliant therapist. She is very kind, patient and feels like she really understands what's in your mind. She has varied resources and techniques which I have found really helpful. I feel I have made a huge amount of progress since working with Joanna and would recommend her to everyone!

I've been seeing Joanna since December 2024 and in our first session i was having severe panic attacks and Joanna immediately got me doing a tapping exercise to calm me down. She actively listens, clearly cares and pushes me to think in different ways when needed whilst still maintaining a gentle and calm approach. My mental health has been up awful this year and would've been much worse without the support from Joanna. I would recommend her and have recommended betterhelp to friends based on my experience with Joanna.

I've been seeing Joanna Lum Wai weekly since January, and I can genuinely say it's been one of the most positive and transformative decisions I've made. She's not only incredibly competent and professional, but also deeply empathetic and kind. I always feel truly heard during our sessions—she listens with intention and care, and she has an amazing ability to find the right approach for whatever challenges or traumas we're working through. Her support has helped me make real progress and feel more empowered in my daily life. I'm very grateful to have found her.

Joanna is kind, patient and reassuring, but likewise is not afraid to gently reality check you when you're in need! She has many useful insights and methods and is an amazing support - in a short time I've already come a long way. Joanna has an extremely calming presence - even over video call. I'd highly recommend Joanna to anyone.

I've had two sessions with Joanna and will continue to have more. She's incredibly kind, non-judgemental and sensitive. The things I've had to talk about have been really hard but they've been received with kindness and compassion which is what I've needed
