About me

If you are wanting to change something in your life, or how you are feeling, then you have come to the right place. I am an experienced and qualified counsellor based in the UK and a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).

I have been practicing for 7 years now, in hospice, school and university settings. I have also worked online, by telephone and in private practice. I have had the pleasure of of working with children, adolescents, young adults, adults and older people.

I predominantly use the person-centred method but I also draw on CBT and psychodynamic if I feel this may be helpful. By building a strong and trusting relationship, counselling can be very effective, so I strive for this with all clients, in a non-judgmental and confidential way.
