I cannot reccomend Joanne enough as a therapist enough! I have consistently been speaking with her mostly over two years now and without her I would not have been able to navigate some very difficult situations. She helps me to process many emotions, offers me a way to reflect on things, allows me to share my inner most thoughts without the fear I’m going to be judged or rejected. She has guided me to establish many grounding and self care techniques which are starting to become second nature. I am going through a difficult time and honestly there are no words to explain the appreciation I feel towards Joanne’s support through this time. Thankyou so much.

I started two weeks ago and probably is too premature for me to have an opinion about how good my therapist is. All I can say for now is that in this short time I've been given useful insights and helped me to look from different perspective and that is reducing my anxiety. So there is your answer.
I'm really happy with my therapist ☺️
