She is kind and encourages me to grow and give myself grace. She is very understands and hears me. We get to work on a plan each session to work on for the week ahead. I appreciate her help and am so excited to continue our sessions

So far, Jocelyn has been very attentative. "Challenging" me was one of the major things I wanted out of my therapist and I don't know if I told Better Help that, but she's it. She responds. She's on time. She's relatable. She's realistic. So that's good

I have been through a lot of therapists throughout my short life and Jocelyn definitely knows what she’s doing. Her approach is kind but reassuring. She knows how to lead me down a path of understanding without it seeming like she’s giving me the answer.
