About me
Jodi Brazlavsky, LCSW is a Licensed Psychotherapist who has served the South Florida community for over 18 years. She graduated from the University of Florida with her BS in Psychology and obtained her Masters in Social Work from Florida International University. Ms. Brazlavsky's work experience is quite diverse and her areas of expertise include: crisis intervention, psychotherapeutic services, clinical supervision, healthcare, advocacy, community outreach, cultural diversity, education, program development, and facilitation of support groups.
Ms. Brazlavsky works primarily with individuals who have suffered brain/spinal cord injuries and neurological impairment. Also, she provides therapy for children and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, family stressors, addiction, couples issues, separation, divorce and women's issues.
She utilizes an empowering, innovative approach to assist individuals in managing their lives without compromising one's right to self-determination.
Ms. Brazlavsky provides cognitive-behavioral therapy, supportive counseling and psychotherapy; and she has a clear understanding of the struggles individuals face in dealing with difficult life issues.
