Jody Rubin, LPC
About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging transitions and concerns. Throughout my career, I've worked with clients navigating stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, family conflicts, and questions about self-worth and life purpose.
I specialize in helping people work through communication struggles, social anxiety, life changes, and midlife transitions. I also have experience supporting those dealing with obsessive-compulsive patterns, phobias, seasonal mood shifts, autism spectrum experiences, caregiver stress, and family dynamics including infidelity and grief.
My approach centers on fostering self-compassion, forgiveness, and meaningful connection—both with yourself and others. I believe that healing happens when we feel truly heard and understood. I work collaboratively with each client to identify their unique strengths and build practical tools for lasting change.
Whether you're seeking clarity during a difficult season of life or working to strengthen your relationships and sense of self, I'm here to support you with warmth, expertise, and genuine care.
