Written on Aug 28, 2025 after therapy with John for 4 months on issues concerning addictions

John is excellent at turning complex language and ideas about mental health into digestible, everyday language that is relatable and easy to understand. He quick to trouble shoot the problem and to offer a variety of useful strategies to overcome the challenges faced. If you’re open to being honest and putting in the time to do “homework” assigned, you’ll see results.
