John is caring, empathetic, and a great listener. He helps get to the root issues and give confidence to live your journey in peace and with good mental health. He has a lot of life experience and professional knowledge that is most useful. I particularly enjoy his humor and candidness about life.

I truthfully was in a very dark place, after trying multiple methods of therapy. I had attempted different therapist's and nobody gave me hope until I met John. Originally, I chose John because everything else had failed me and I figured, maybe I needed something that I wouldn't normally look for. What a god send... From the original video call, John made sure to answer any questions I had and to read the journal entry I shared (which was quite lengthy.) He greeted me with a smile, and told me about his professional background. He was very interested in learning about me, and what I was looking to accomplish here on better help and with him as my therapist. After I told him about myself, his response was compassionate, but also very informative. I immediately felt comfortable and recognized that this would be what I have been seeking with a therapist. Our session went through a range of emotions, and after wards I felt eager to speak to him next week. John's experience, approach, and attentiveness are unmatched. I am grateful for his time each week and after a few sessions I have already felt so much more hopeful, happy, and have a better understanding of myself and help I need. I recommend John and he is a top reason, if not THE reason I stuck with BetterHelp. Thank you John, you have helped me find healing that I have been seeking for what seems like forever. Thank you for being MY BetterHelp.
