Jollene Stiles-Bradsher, LCSW
About me
I was raised in a military family in the small town of El Paso, Texas. I received my Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas, El Paso before moving to California and earning a Master's degree in Social Work from California State University, Sacramento. I was exposed to many cultures and people from all socio-economic backgrounds. I learned effective ways to communicate and developed strong, lasting relationships by focusing on changing behaviors, thoughts, and feelings that affected my life. With a little hard work and commitment I can help you do the same.
Change is difficult and learning to trust someone you don't know is even harder. As a licensed therapist in California and Nevada, I bring over three decades of compassionate clinical experience supporting individuals through complex life challenges. My practice centers on creating affirming, empowering spaces for healing across diverse communities, with specialized expertise in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, addressing trauma, and navigating relationship dynamics. My therapeutic work spans a wide range of focus areas, including depression, social anxiety, life transitions, workplace challenges, and multi-cultural concerns. I strive to provide culturally responsive support that validates each person's life experiences and empowers them to make meaningful, authentic connections, both with themselves and others.
I am deeply committed to understanding each client's unique journey, offering trauma-informed care that honors individual experiences of identity, resilience, and personal growth. By investing in yourself you are taking control of your own happiness. I would love to be a part of that journey and I look forward to talking with you.
