I am a qualified integrative counsellor and a registered member of the BACP. I have over 13 years of working within the NHS and I take pride in offering support to other people. I have experience of working within addiction services and supporting people that suffer with the disease of addiction. I offer a kind and respectful therapeutic way of working. I believe that speaking openly to another person can be a very valuable and rewarding experience and can allow for personal growth and healing. I aim to work at your pace and offer a safe and non judgemental counselling environment to explore your thoughts and feelings. I can offer goal orientated focused therapy using CBT tools, techniques and coping strategies as well as allowing my clients space to work at their own pace.
