Jonathan De Oliveira
About me
An integrative therapist in private practice in Ealing, West London, W5 and Online.
My integrative, client-centred approach offers the flexibility to find a pace and way of working that feels beneficial for you. Drawing from different perspectives, I tailor each session to your needs, creating a supportive space where you can explore, process, and grow at your own rhythm.
Together, we can connect with your inner wisdom — observing with compassion what’s happening, where it may come from, and how you might move forward.
I’m a BACP-registered therapist based in Ealing, West London (W5), offering in-person and online sessions in English and Brazilian Portuguese, either short-term or ongoing.
I welcome clients who wish to explore areas such as:
* The connection between body and mind
* Relationships
* Diversity (culture, race, gender, sexuality)
* Trauma and intergenerational experiences
* The transpersonal
* Psychedelic integration
* Psychosexual challenges
* Loss and grief
My core training is in Psychosynthesis Counselling, which views challenges as opportunities for growth. I also hold certificates in Psychosexual Therapy (COSRT Level 5) and Coaching.
I’ve worked with people from diverse backgrounds in teaching, mental health support, and complementary therapies in the UK and abroad, as well as with The Psychosynthesis Trust, Ealing Abbey Counselling Services, and a mental health charity.
Ethical & Legal Considerations
The use of psychedelic substances is currently illegal in the UK. I kindly ask that you refrain from contacting me regarding requests for illegal psychedelic-assisted work. I provide preparation and integration support solely for harm reduction purposes, ensuring safety and well-being. I do not support or encourage the use of illicit substances in unregulated and illegal frameworks.

I am not altogether clear on what I need help with and Jonathan is helping me with that. I am getting to know him better and I like his advice and his actions for 'observing', which makes recall easier.
