About me

Life can be a difficult journey. I am open-minded, non-judgmental and love working with everyone! I deeply care about people and want to help you by offering an environment of acceptance, honesty and appreciation. I focus on strengths and work with everyone where they are. I use a variety of modalities depending on what fits your present situation. I aim to help you improve your life and relationships using what works best for you! I am spiritually open to whatever your beliefs, including non-belief and no issue is too small or big for us to work with.

I specialize in working with life transitions, past trauma integration and issues stemming from codependence and addiction. I also work a lot with self-image, anxiety, depression and existential issues around life purpose and fulfillment. I want to help clients find what it is like for them to thrive in life and I work with people to bring them in touch with themselves, healing the wounds that stand in the way of their true potentials.

It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help and I want to honor that effort in you. Bring problems you are experiencing and bring your successes too so we can celebrate them together! Please reach out and lets discuss what we can do together. If I don't think I will be the best fit for you, I will work with you to find someone who will work best for you.

I graduated with my Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling with an emphasis in Mindfulness based, transpersonal psychology. I am a huge advocate of utilizing our existing strengths to find what work s for each of us. I am passionate about the outdoors and about the need for connection with our natural environment. I will probably encourage you to get outside into nature and to get active doing something you enjoy! The efficacy and usefulness of just being in nature can not be overstated and in today's world and the day to day hustle can make that seem like a chore and something we just don't have time for.
