Jonathan Semro, LPC
About me
Life can present many challenges. Communication challenges disrupt relationships. Grief, loss, anxiety and depression come into our lives without warning. I understand that while challenges are universal, every person seeking help has their own unique story to tell. I look forward to meeting you and helping you reach your therapy goals.
For 24 years I helped people as a Christian pastor face life’s challenges. Now I have training and experience in evidence-based professional counseling. I will walk through life’s challenges with you using CBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy interventions, EMDR trauma therapy, and Internal Family Systems approaches.
I will make every effort to listen to you, hear your story, and understand with a non-judgmental spirit. I can help you evaluate life’s challenges and will let you decide if you want faith based counseling or not. I am proficient in either method. . You are in control of your therapy sessions and goals. I feel honored to have the opportunity to earn your trust.
