My primary approach is a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. I want to help you understand how your experiences have shaped your perspectives about life, then help you define the steps that will move you toward realistic goals.
I have more than eight years of clinical experience in community and private counseling and more than 15 years in pastoral ministry. I've helped hundreds of adults, teens, and college students cope with things like depression, anxiety, anger issues, stress and pressure, trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, marriage problems and dysfunctional family issues.
