About me

Welcome! My name is Joshua Boulter and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I work primarily with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, as well as with folks who are seeking to understand and make meaning in an otherwise difficult life.

After originally being trained in theology and philosophy, I obtained an MS in Counseling from the University of North Texas Dallas.

While my approach to therapy is grounded in Jungian psychology and Relational Psychoanalysis, I do believe that each client is unique and therefore I try to construct each therapy to best match my patient. Life is vast and while there are common experiences that we all share, I don't believe there's a one-size-fits-all approach.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Joshua Boulter. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Joshua has been a great listener and I feel like he understands some of what I'm going through, which I've never experienced with a therapist.
