About me
As a licensed therapist and a United States Veteran with 16 months in country service, I come with extensive experience supporting individuals through complex life challenges, I specialize in helping clients navigate stress, anxiety, relationship dynamics, trauma recovery, and personal growth. My approach integrates Christian perspectives with evidence-based therapeutic techniques, creating a compassionate and holistic healing environment.
I am deeply committed to supporting individuals struggling with addiction, family challenges, and post-traumatic stress, particularly within military and veteran communities. My practice centers on empowering clients to develop self-love, improve communication skills, and discover meaningful life purpose.
Drawing from a multicultural and trauma-informed framework, I work collaboratively with clients to build resilience, practice forgiveness, and develop healthy coping strategies. My goal is to create a supportive space where individuals can explore their experiences, heal from past wounds, and move toward greater emotional well-being.
