Josh is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and the homework he provides helps me understand myself, and put things in perspective. He’s kind and takes the time to know me and my thoughts.

Josh has been the best therapist I've spoken with and he really understands what areas of focus need tending to. I appreciate how he steers the conversation and how his brain is always 10 steps ahead of me. I fully trust his guidance and expertise. He is easy to talk to, open and honest which gives me comfort in reciprocating the same. He constantly challenges my thinking patterns and I feel that I've grown a lot since talking with him.

I am so thankful to have Joshua as my therapist. He truly listens to me and always reassures me that I am heard and that my feelings are valid! Josh has been a huge help! This has been my second experience with therapy or counseling, and I find Josh much more helpful than my first experience. He lets me guide the conversation, and steps in to ask questions. I am always able to focus on what may be bothering me the most that week, but helps me to look at how some of the main topics we have been discussing may be connected to how I'm feeling. Josh is helping me to learn how to help myself, the same way I strive to help others.

Josh is a caring and professional individual. He comes in with an open mind and is very encouraging, even when I'm not. He listens very well and I know he genuinely cares about me and whatever we are discussing. I'd recommend Josh to anyone looking for someone to impact their life in a positive way.

Josh has done a wonderful job of allowing me to express myself and my issues at my own pace. He has created a comfortable environment which I greatly appreciate. Therapy can be scary, and I sometimes get nervous before joining a meeting, but that all subsides once you start talking with Josh. I am truly grateful that I reached out for help and that Josh was the one to answer my call. Thank you, Josh!!!

Joshua is very good at listening to exactly what I have to say and giving good feedback. He challenges me to explore the way I feel and how I can take a closer look at those things so I can come up with a solution. He incorporates biblical principles that help reinforce things that I already know, but may not have been considering in the present.
