My name is Josh I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of North Carolina and I made the decision that part of my mission here on Earth is to help support my fellow human beings. I have been in practice for over 3 years and I specialize in a wide area of concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, grief, relationship issues, parenting issues, negative self talk, and mood instability among various others.
My style is very laid back I am absolutely willing to meet you where you are. I am very solution focused, I want to help you get where you deserve to be. I use a strengths based approach with a high level of empathy and open-mindedness. I am here to walk with you along your journey and support you along the way. I am very in tune with dealing with a variety of emotions and hope to offer you a great non-biased experience of being able to openly talk in a safe space about anything you may be dealing with.

I have had a very different ending to my problems than I have had with any other therapist. I was ready to go this direction, and my therapist helped me on that path in a good way.
