About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Utah with over seven years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, relationship distress, and unwanted compulsive behaviors. I also work extensively with individuals impacted by addition and betrayal trauma.
My approach is grounded in compassion, safety, and curiosity about the “why” behind thoughts, behaviors, and emotional patterns. I believe that awareness paired with intention creates meaningful and lasting change. Much of my work focuses on helping clients understand how trauma shapes the nervous system, relationships, and sense of self, while building tools for emotional regulation, boundaries, and resilience.
I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodrama, lifespan integration, and existential frameworks. Therapy is a collaborative and tailored to your unique goals, strengths, and history.
Seeking therapy takes courage. I strive to offer a supportive space where healing, insight, and growth can happen.
