Jordan is extremely respectful and understanding. He helped me change my habits and mindset in a way that was caring and respectful while validating everything I was feeling. While doing therapy with Jordan, I experienced an almost complete remission of my anxiety and dramatic improvements in my mood. I am super thankful for his expertise and his help in my life. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Jourdan is a very effective therapist and great listener. The first session or two Jourdan listened to my personal history and discussed with me if I had any certain approach for therapy. He's been providing me the tools I need for my mental health and challenging me to undo my bad habits. Jourdan does this in a way that retains and let's my individuality shine and to improve my mental health. I really hope you appreciate Jourdan just as much as I have.
