About me
Bi-State Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Youth, Teens, Young Adult & Parenting Management Specialist | Humanistic & Holistic Care
Healing is not a checklist...it is a profoundly human journey!
With over a decade of progressive clinical experience in behavioral and mental healthcare, my work is grounded in the belief that individuals are the experts of their own lived experiences and deserve to be met with dignity, respect, and compassion.
I specialize in supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate identity development, neurodivergence, trauma, socialization, and complex mental health needs during critical stages of growth and transition. My background includes advanced behavioral analytics and data-informed intervention strategies; however, my practice remains centered on the human element of human services.
I approach care through a lens of cultural humility, honoring lived experience, identity, and systemic context, while considering the individual within their broader environment. This allows me to deliver care that is evidence-based, relational, and responsive to diverse needs.
Whether working directly with youth and young adults or providing clinical leadership within multidisciplinary teams, my goal is to integrate data-driven practices with thoughtful, holistic care that honors the whole person and advances equity within behavioral health systems.
