Judy has been wonderful. She’s an active listener, that is solution focused. She is wonderful to work with

I truly feel my life is better because of Judy.
When I first got on better help, I was very discouraged. I found it difficult to find a counselor who I could connect with. Not only due to the nature of the app, but also with the distance - for example I’m a New Yorker, and my first counselor on the platform was in Alabama. We had very different views and it made me feel like virtual counseling was going to be very trial and error in a time where I really needed to find support.
And then I found Judy!! She is very experienced and she has a lovely approach to life and her work. She’s the best thing to come out of 2020 :) She brightens my day, builds my confidence and helps me build a tool box of great skills to help with my anxiety. I am very grateful for Judy.

Judith is absolutely wonderful. So compassionate and understanding. She has an amazing way of clearing “seeing” the situation thru a very objective and effective approach. She helped me immensely.
