Dr. Josiah-Martin is an excellent listener, and she can also get to the heart of the matter. She is organized with a plan for me to succeed in therapy, and I’m someone who needs homework assignments. Her exercises really help with my day to day anxiety, and I feel that finally, I’m going to get to learn behavior skills to help me life my best life. She’s absolutely great!
