About Me

I am happy you are here. My name is Juli and I have over 11 years experience working with adults, teens, couples, and families from a variety of backgrounds. I received my Master’s in Counseling Psychology and Counselor Education in 2009, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor through the state of Colorado. I am trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Your therapy will be based around your needs and goals and involves using strengths-based and motivational interviewing techniques which help you find your internal motivation you can use to make positive change in your life. I have worked with clients with a variety of needs including but not limited to depression, anxiety, abuse, trauma, conflict resolution, and career difficulties. I work in collaboration with clients, defining goals and reaching new levels of growth. I am empathetic and value diversity in all forms and am committed to treating each client with dignity, respect, and without judgement.
