About me
As a Creative Counsellor, I work with what you bring to our sessions; I am trained in Person Centred Therapy from the theory of Carl Rogers forming the foundations that we will explore and unravel together. The aim of Person Centred Therapy is that you are your own expert and have all the inner resources within you. We examine all this together in a mutually respectful, creative, non-judgemental and empathic online counselling space.
If you're feeling out of balance, tired all the time, stressed out, anxious, dealing with very low energy or a persistent health problem, let's explore your presenting issue in a truly holistic manner with creative counselling and holistic health coaching. With a fresh pair of eyes, I empower you to kick start your own renewal, taking back the reins and responsibility from the external world, delving deeper and becoming more in tune with your intuitive self.
My intention is to walk by your side, encouraging you to calmly, soulfully become your own investigator and restorer.
I am a member of the BACP in the UK with 20+ years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with for example, stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, long term health issues & career difficulties as well finding your purpose.
I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and is a real strength.

I have been with Julia for nearly a year, and when I first started my sessions with Julia, my anxiety was quite bad, and I was feeling quite anxious.
