Julia is a one of a kind therapist. She approaches each session in a wholistic manner always assessing the multitude of contributing factors in events and their occurrence. She is professional in her approach and personable while being nonjudgmental in challenging situations. In her role as a therapist she helped me to identify triggers I had never thought of before and supported me throughout a difficult transition in life. I would 10 out of 10 recommend her to anyone in need of a truly tremendous therapist! She is exceptional and great!

I haven’t been seeing her long but I’ve never made it past one therapy appointment until now. Julia just seems to understand me and that makes all the difference.
