About me
Hello, My name is Julia Summers I am a counsellor and psychotherapist based in Wilmslow, Cheshire where I run my private practice Haven Therapy www.haventherapy.co.uk
I also work for organisations like this doing predominantly text based messaging counselling.
In my private practice I work face to face and remotely nationwide via phone or video also. I specialise in counselling for relationships, friendships, trauma, abuse, sexual abuse, co-dependency, problems with people who might have narcissistic personality disorder, addictions etc, family problems in particular difficult relationships with mothers and fathers, issues with confidence, anxiety, and OCD amongst other areas. I am an integrative therapist; this means I have trained in many areas, so the sessions are tailored to you specifically and what you want to work on and I am not limited to one counselling theory or modality. She has been amazing to me and is helping me in ways I never thought possible, I thought I was going mad but she has and is helping me see clearly.
Julia is so kind and patient and I don’t think I could ask for more from her
