I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I have training in evidenced-based therapy practices including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy. My therapy approach is Humanistic which entails that we are all human and all trying to do our best all the time, and as humans we experience challenges.
