My experience with Julie has been really great. I have grown so much and learned how to manage the feelings and thoughts that made me come to BetterHelp in the first place. The progress was a slow uprise each week. No intense or scary changes, just a slow and steady uplift to where I am today. It took a lot of self-work to learn how to control and manage my anxiety, stress and panic attacks. I feel so much more calm and self-respecting, and also I feel like I know myself so much more than I ever have before. Highly recommend :)

She’s the perfect therapist’s therapist—- she knows how we think and work and is great at breaking through all of our defense mechanisms. Can’t recommend her enough.

Walking through grief from the death of my baby that I will never meet feels like the worst suffering I may ever go through, but Julie has helped me in more ways than she'll ever know. Forever grateful that she holds space for my pain, recognizes my feelings as valid, gently celebrates my highs, and empathizes with me in my lows. I'm unsure of where I'd be if I hadn't started therapy but I'm so glad I made the choice, and that Julie is the one I can share with, my most honest of feelings.
