I am a licensed therapist in the State of New Mexico with 30 years of supporting healing within after graduating from Boston College School of Social Work. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem, confidence, depression, emptiness, communication issues, life purpose, isolation / loneliness, self love & PTSD. I believe that you are the expert of your life and you have the tools, the strength within to make the changes with guidance.
