Julie is a great listener and great at reframing situations so I can move through them and takes time to understand how I’m feeling. Highly recommend.

I am 4 sessions in to starting therapy; and Julie has been wonderful to work alongside with helping myself. It’s been something new and refreshing which I wish I did a long time ago. Julie knows how to listen well and also responds with great points picking up things I wouldn’t have even figured out just from letting me talk and explain my feelings and processes. Would 100% recommend

She’s an excellent therapist, as this is my very first time experiencing therapy, and with two sessions in, somehow I already feel way much better and more comfortable about myself
