About me

I am licensed in Michigan with 21 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I also have experience working with concentration, memory and focus (adhd).

I also have worked in the past few years in the area of empowerment with women through adventure and recreation therapy. Nature and movement has a natural healing element and it's a great tool at our disposal.

I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
