About me

I am licensed in Minnesota with 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, parenting issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I am particularly passionate about helping women who may be experiencing personal or marital difficulties, or the after effects of a divorce and trying to regain themselves. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

My schedule is typically open in the later afternoons and evenings (primarily Wednesdays with a few scattered in throughout the week), and occasionally on Sundays in the late evening.
