I’ve enjoyed my time in counseling with Julie Thomas. I feel like she listens to me without judgement. I feel like my feelings are supported and validated. I would recommend to a friend :)

Julie is amazing. She's fair. Some couselors don't listen, and others just tell you what you want to hear. Julie is not like that. True professional.

To be frank, I am not the biggest proponent of counseling. I believe the counselor makes the difference in whether this is a meaningful exercise, or a considerable waste of time and money. I was skeptical, to say the least. But Julie has been great. She is easy to talk to and I do feel as though she is genuinely concerned with my issues. Most importantly, for me, she is smart. I need that in a counselor. I need to recognize some brightness, some cleverness, some creativity... I am glad I have that in Julie. I have been very pleased with this whole process, and I am thankful I found her
