Julie is great, I've honestly received a lot of help thinking and talking through some things. I get a lot out of each session and I'm excited to keep working with her. I really like the medical knowledge that she shares with her perspectives. Probably could have worded that better but I like the way she approaches things.

She’s amazing so far. I’ve only spoken with her a few times but she is a wonderful person and I am excited to see where she will take me on my mental health journey.

I was nervous, “is my therapist going to e able understand where I am coming from? How will he or she react when I tell them … or when I say … ?” None of that. As a matter of fact; quite the opposite. I couldn’t have picked a better therapist if I tried.
