Julie has changed my life for the better in so many little ways. She kept me sane during my struggles and helped me work through my own internal issues one by one until I had the skills to heal and work to get better every day. She helped me fix my problems in my family life, relationship, and mental issues. My life would not be the same without her help, and choosing to use Betterhelp and getting matched with her over 4 years ago was the best thing I've ever done. Now, I meet with her and manage my issues and keep practicing the things she teaches me, but every day I am grateful she helped me get to the point I am at. I am a better person today because of her and for that I am forever grateful.

Julie is wonderful! She listens and gives wonderful advice and truly cares about me and what's going on in my life and cares about my health and mental health. She offers tips to help with my anxiety and has given multiple worksheets with tips for a lot of things involving mental health. I am so happy I got paired with her. We work very well together!

The fact that I had to take a Break from this app for a year, but Julie still remembered right where we left off and didn’t blink when remembering me. That’s me shows the quality of her ability to listen as well as hear. what I say.

She breaks seemingly overwhelming problems down into achievable and practical baby steps that even I can manage. She's patient, non-judgmental, and supportive. I'm glad I got a BetterHelp account.
