Julie has been extremely accommodating and helpful as I have continued my time with her. She has been great with cultivating a comfortable space for me to share my thoughts, and has so many great solutions to every problem I bring up. Her expertise is very apparent, and she is always thinking of new ways to help her clients.
The fact that I had to take a Break from this app for a year, but Julie still remembered right where we left off and didn’t blink when remembering me. That’s me shows the quality of her ability to listen as well as hear. what I say.
She breaks seemingly overwhelming problems down into achievable and practical baby steps that even I can manage. She's patient, non-judgmental, and supportive. I'm glad I got a BetterHelp account.
