About me

I have been working in the field of mental health for over 30 years and am comfortable working with a wide range of issues. My approach with individuals is holistic, person centered, humanistic and strengths-based, seeing my role as a helpful guide as I work with individuals to navigate the sometimes rocky storms and transitions of life. Together we will identify what may be keeping you stuck and formulate a plan to build a bridge towards wellness. Working with individuals with chronic invisible illnesses such as Lyme Disease, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Chronic Fatigue, Anxiety, and Depression is an area of great passion for me.

June is amazing and would recommend her to anyone looking for therapy working through family issues, depression and more. She really listens but provides good techniques to deal with difficult issues.
