I'm Transpersonally oriented, combining mindfulness and somatic awareness skills with Internal Family Systems, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Jungian, psychodynamic, existential and humanistic perspectives in working with:
-grief and trauma
-spiritual and psychedelic integration
-relationship concerns in family, work and romantic relationships including both mongomous and ENM open relationship structures
-stress, anxiety and depression
I work from a Harm Reduction perspective with clients with substance use concerns.
I'm kink aware, trauma informed, an LGBTQ Ally, and passionate about the practice of consent.
I work well with creatives, healers and leaders in a wide variety of fields, as well as everyday folks with an interest in understanding their body-mind connection and the interplay between their internal and external experiencing of the unique web of relationships surrounding them.
