Justin Spiro, LCSW
About me
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from New York University and over 15 years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults in both public school and outpatient mental health settings. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of supporting clients from diverse backgrounds, with particular experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and identity exploration. Whether you're navigating a difficult period, feeling overwhelmed, or simply looking for greater clarity and fulfillment, I strive to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood.
My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and tailored to your individual needs. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Together, we'll identify your goals, build on your strengths, and develop practical strategies to help you create meaningful and lasting change.
As a fluent Spanish speaker, I'm able to provide therapy in both English and Spanish, allowing clients to express themselves in the language that feels most comfortable.
Beginning therapy is an important step, and finding the right therapist matters. My goal is to build a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel safe exploring life's challenges while developing the skills and confidence to move forward.
