About me

Hi my name is Justyna. I am a licensed therapist in North Carolina with seven years of experience working with individuals, couples and groups with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, career challenges and personal loss. I also specialize in insomnia and nightmare treatment as sleep issues often precede or are developed in challenging times in our lives and tend to have negative impact on cognitive and emotional functioning further making it more difficult to make progress in therapy.
My counseling approach is warm and engaging. My approach combines client centered, cognitive-behavioral, trauma focused and Gottman Method therapies.

Justyna has been a great help to me through some very troubling recent changes in my life. As someone who has never thought therapy would do much for me, she treats me like an individual, rather than a generalization.
