Jye Breckenridge, LISW
About me
Many people turn to psychotherapy or counseling for help with anxiety, depression, trauma, painful relationship patterns, feeling stuck, or sometimes just the feeling that something is missing from life. Sometimes we may not have the words to describe our feelings, struggles or suffering. However, with insight into past relationships and experiences, many people can make progress immediately towards overcoming these difficulties and becoming more effective in their work and relationships. I am a licensed clinician with more than 18 years of experience in helping individuals achieve a more fulfilling life.
Whether it is your first time in therapy, or you are giving it another try, it can be an uneasy experience sharing with a stranger. Your first session with me will be different from future visits. The initial visit is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and to gauge your comfort level in working with me. Future visits will be focused on helping you to develop goals and gaining the insight and tools to accomplish them. Sessions are either 30 or 45 minutes long and occur at a frequency that meets your needs.

Jye, has the personal, professional, and standard of excellence I’ve been searching for in a therapist. His insights and ability to eventually glimpse into my mindset to better reflect on the plights I struggle through have enabled me to greatly expand my heart and strengthen my resolve in most aspects of my life. I know there is at least hope with Jye at my side aiding me in sorting through all these problems I’ve nearly given up on. Being in foreclosure isn’t fun.
