Kaaren creates a very comforting and warm space to talk. I feel secure to talk to her about all that is happening in my life and feel she offers helpful advice.

Kaaren has been very supportive to me through one of my life's most difficult journeys. Kaaren is a very good listener and I felt that she really understands my deep emotions and feelings. I also enjoyed the scientific discussions about different therapeutic methods such as brainspotting. The time flies quickly in our sessions which directly means that she is easy to talk to, she knows what and when to propose a therapeutic method. She proposed to me few exercices that I found helpful and pushed me towards healing and more self-consciousness. Thanks Kaaren !

Her sessions have been an indispensable part of my recovery process. I always look forward to them— she is constantly making me feel heard, understood and uplifted. The coping mechanisms she has taught me? I’ll be using them for life. She’s truly a one of a kind and has enough energy and zest for life that it’s contagious. Thank you so much for all your help, Kaaren. I’ll honestly never be the same (in the best way possible). #StewOfLife

Kaaren has helped me through a really challenging time in my life. I'm grateful for her measured and wise responses to whatever I'm going through. She has helped me process a lot of past and present feelings, and given me space to feel safe in expressing myself honestly. We have worked with various techniques and I appreciate being able to integrate different approaches when it seems right.

Kaaren and I have had two live sessions so far and at first it was a little intimidating trying to figure out what I wanted to talk about and where to even begin. But Kaaren has been extremely understanding and easy to talk to. She has multiple different approaches to help me deal with my anxiety and other struggles. I would rate Kaaren a 10/10 so far and I am happy with the progress we have made. Every time we end a session I feel a little more relieved as well as supplied with tangible tools to use in my everyday life.
