Kaaren has helped me through a really challenging time in my life. I'm grateful for her measured and wise responses to whatever I'm going through. She has helped me process a lot of past and present feelings, and given me space to feel safe in expressing myself honestly. We have worked with various techniques and I appreciate being able to integrate different approaches when it seems right.
Kaaren and I have had two live sessions so far and at first it was a little intimidating trying to figure out what I wanted to talk about and where to even begin. But Kaaren has been extremely understanding and easy to talk to. She has multiple different approaches to help me deal with my anxiety and other struggles. I would rate Kaaren a 10/10 so far and I am happy with the progress we have made. Every time we end a session I feel a little more relieved as well as supplied with tangible tools to use in my everyday life.
So far so good.
I feel more comfortable with messages, it’s when I like to contact or respond. Kaaren, has been supportive, understanding and gives me multiple options for me to deal with my issues instead of limited choices which would make me feel like it’s not working. I prefer messages as when I message in one state of mind, a few hours when I read what she writes, I understand as I calm down. And being in a face to face session, I think I would get myself worked up in a short time and leave with new feelings I couldn’t express.
So far I’ve had two sessions. Kaaren was very understanding, flexible, helpful.
