Kacia Cameron, LMHC, LPC
About me
Here, you can expect empathetic support, where my person-centered approach includes connecting on a candid level. My focus is on adults experiencing depression and anxiety, and those wishing to overcome generational trauma and improve the quality of relationships. I have experience with LGBTQ+ folks, culturally diverse minorities, and those new to therapy.
I integrate therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Utilizing positive psychology to identify the best parts of you is necessary when promoting your mental wellness.
Appreciating what makes an individual unique and complex, I remain present and curious to learn about who you want to be. Together we will take time to make meaning of your experiences and address complex feelings and habits you wish to strengthen or reframe.
