About me

Hello, my name is Kai,

It's normal to feel overwhelmed when seeking help, I'm willing to answer any questions you might have to aid you in your decision to work together.

As an Integrative Counsellor, I have a range of options when supporting you. I adapt the therapy to suit your individual needs, because you are at the centre of the work we do together.

I specialise in anxiety, social anxiety, but work with a wide range of client concerns.

I'm available Monday through Thursday to suit your schedule. Saturdays by request.

My opening hours are 11 AM to 7 PM GMT

I offer short term and long term therapy.

Could not recommend Kai enough! Has a very understanding and practical approach to his sessions. Very patient and takes time to explain things and recommends activities and exercises to apply outside of sessions to help deal with anxiety or depression.
