About me
I am a qualified social worker in Australia with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with addictions, trauma and abuse.
My work history in homelessness and leadership included providing professional supervision, so I really love assisting counselling clients to work through workplace stress and career issues. This background also means I have experience working with a wide range of clients and mental health concerns, especially trauma.
I also love working with my ckients to navigate life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
Working with a social worker means your therapist has an understanding of the wider things around you that impact you. I look at the whole picture with my clients to tackle what is coming up for them.
Taking the first step to sign up is a huge achievement, and I look forward to working with you.
