The most important message I want to send to clients is: I am here to understand your world view. I am trained as a Dialectical Behavior Therapist (DBT) which is designed to help you achieve balance between acceptance and change. DBT has tons of skills within the curriculum and I'd be happy to teach you any and all of them. I promise to be compassionate, direct, empathetic, non-judgmental, validating, and a little bit irreverent at times. My virtual office is a safe space for you to process, make meaning, grow, and learn.

She's very sweet and reassuring. Definitely follows with any long stories you have to give her, and makes sure you feel comfortable every step along the way. She knows her stuff and helps you understand things that your feeling or going through when you dont have the best words to describe them.
